Eyon Biddle Sr. cares about people. Prior to beginning his career in organized labor at SEIU in Milwaukee, Biddle served his community by working with a series of non-profits focused on mentoring young people realize their full potential and become responsible young adults. It was through this work that he found his passion for advocacy and public service.

Throughout his time with SEIU, Eyon (pronounced Ian) has had the opportunity to work on several organizing and political campaigns, starting first as a Justice for Janitors organizer in Milwaukee with stints organizing security officers in Chicago before becoming a political director at SEIU Local 150 and Wisconsin State Council Executive Director.
A Milwaukee native, Eyon decided to run Milwaukee County Commissioner, serving in 2011-2012 where he represented his neighborhood and community.
When asked what brought him to Denver and our union, Eyon responded:
“I’m happy to be here and really excited. Personally and professionally, I needed a change. I was really impressed and moved by Ron’s transparency and leadership style. I know that we can develop a real member-led program here and push the envelope. Local 105 is well organized to build something really special and I’m glad to be a part of that.”
Eyon rounds out the Senior Staff team at our Union. He’ll be spending the next few weeks meeting with member leaders, community groups and learning more about our political community here.
