VICTORY! We have reached a Tentative Agreement on our new contract with Mental Health Center of Denver (MHCD)! The bargaining team worked tirelessly to fight for salary increases and we won across the board increases ranging from 4.25% to 10%! Other changes included adjustments to the health care plan and better language on flex time for members. More info to come on when we will be ratifying the contract!
Highlights include:
- 4.25% ATB
- 5+ years seniority get additional .75%
- Other increases by job class between 8-10%
- Better language for flex time allowing discussion on 4/10’s and small schedule changes
