All people who are earning above the aforementioned salary scales will receive a twenty-five cent ($ 0.25) increase if they work the day shift, and if they work the afternoon shift they will also receive it as long as they have been hired before from July 1, 2020.

Additional Amounts
Waxer/Heavy Machine Operators
Twenty Cents ($.20) per hour more than the applicable rate.
Day Employees (4:00 AM and 2:00 PM)
Fifty Cents ($0.50) per hour more than the applicable rate.
Lead Employee
Thirty Cents ($.30) per hour more than the applicable rate.
Saturday and Sunday Work
Fifty Cents ($.50) per hour more than the applicable rate.
Trainer (employee assigned to train a new employee)
Twenty Cents ($.20) per hour more than the applicable rate.
Construction Cleanup
Twenty Cents ($.20) per hour more than the applicable rate.
